Structure:
1.Paper feeding unit:
(1) It adopts chain feeding model controlled by step-less speed regulation.
(2) Lead edge of paper feeding is equipped with elastic feeding pressure plate to ensure the bent paperboard to be smoothly sent in. .
(3) Optically controlled counter presets order number to plan the production.
2.Slotting Unit:
(1) Three groups of slotting, one group of corner cutting, two groups of slitting with four groups of creasing.
(2) Mechanical phase adjustment is read by dial.
(3) Slotting height is adjusted in linkage of four knives.
3.Complete Machine:
(1) Joggling function enables adjusting workers to operate independently.
(2) Emergent stopping function secures the operation without any waste.
(3) The whole machine axles and rollers are all plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
(4) Working platform adjustment with clutch makes size rectification convenient.
