It is for corrugated carton box's gluing. When you do not want your boxes been pasted by stapling, so maybe gluing is your best choice.

Features
1. Designed with reasonable construction and outstandling shape for easy operation and perfect performance.
2. E-eyes can be inductive for lifting point and control platform lifting up/down automatically.
3. Automatic side patting devices in the middle of machine can avoid scissor cross happening.
4. Motorized adjustment for Side patting guide in the middle and stacking platform in the backside. And with synchronously moving.
5. Pressure rollers combine with conveyor belts enhances the paper-shaping.
6. Auto-counter can set the quantity of finished items(1-20 pieces). Automatically form a bundle of finished one for help of packing.
7. Shift knobs are brand of schneider. optoelectronic switch are brand from taiwan. Main drive motors are also brand from taiwan. Others motor adopted domestic brand.
8. Two workers is necessary for whole process, glueing wrapping and well-stacking, can be done. Labor cost saving and easy operation.
The main and most important part is the Gluing Head.When the Glue come down from upside, it flows into the Gluing head. So the quality of the Gluing head means a lot to a gluing machine.
This machine is suitable for small and middle factory. It is faster then stapling machine.Also buautiful then stapling boxes in some way.
By the way. Normally the most popular size for this machine IS 2500mm. It is not
