Function and feature
1. High pile feeder with non-stop device for continuous operation and high efficency.
2. Precise and reliable register system with adjustable front lay and left push side lay. Quick set up and high accuract.
3. Vaccum suction infeed and delivery system with no gripper margin. Ideal for handing cardboard. A,B,E Flute corrugated board and plastic film.
4. Delivery equipped with unloading palletjet for easy and safe operation.Batch counter and tape insery are also installed as astandard device.
5.Misfeed and delivery check photo sensor for safe and smooth operation.
6. Feeder can be rolled back for easy access and quick make ready.
1.Feeder department:
Be used to put the stack of paper board,transport the board to the conveyer department
2.conveyer department:
Be used to transpoat the paper board to the main creaser and cutter operation department
3.Paper board operate department:
Can make the board all kind of shape.
And the sucking disk can feed the paper board to the delivery devoice
4.Delivery devoice:
The paper board will be put in this part when finished.
