ZXJ series auto glue machine is made of vacuum feeder unit , glue and fold unit , counter and stacker unit . frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjust speed . PLC and touch screen control system for easy operation and running stable . average speed 150picecs/min . energy consevation and high speed , saving labor cost .
Feeder unit :
- vacuum unit feeder to feed warping cardboard easily
- Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted ,feeder unit control solely , easy operation .
- scorer wheel adjust the cardboard thickness 2—5mm
- second creasing unit used for the cardboard which was not crease well
Glue unit :
- simple unit and high reliability , glue quantity adjust , cleaning easily.
- stainless steel glue wheel adopted , long life and saving glue cost
- imported quality rubber belt adopted , auto folder
- with cardboard rectify device and creasing rectify device
