Features

The RD-YF series of automatic corrugated carton gluer machine is a special purpose equipment with carton gluer, it can be gluer corrugated cardboard with 3 ply and 5ply.
PLC control system with frequency conversion motor controlling the speed, guarantee easy operation and stable running, and changing the parameter and running speed without stopping the machine.
The average speed reachs to 150pcs/min while the max speed reach up to 220pcs/min.
It's widely used in different size of carton box pasting, it's quick and convenient to adjust the machine for the corresponding size of carton box.
The machine is consist of the following 3 parts:
- Vacuum paper feeding unit
- Gluing and folding unit
- Counting and stacking unit.

Vacuum paper feeding unit

The vacuum suction feeding system is good at adapting the curved paperboard
The air suction motor and main driven motor are all made of Taiwan with high quality and high stability.
The paperboard width adjustment unit is made of high quality steel, so as to adjusting the machine width conveniently in order to adapt to the different size of carton box.
Equipped with high quality electromagnetic clutch brake system, in order to control the feeding unit independently, which is good at reducing waste when changing order and improving the output precision.

Gluing and folding unit

The glue quantity is controlled by imported high quality and stability motor, which is low noise
The gluing roll is made of stainless steel, which is easy for cleaning, the gluing is even and saves its volume.
The transmission belt of folding unit is made of imported wear proof rubber belt, guarantee a long life time and makes the cardboard folding precisely.
The folding unit equipped with re-creasing and orthotic devices, the height of creasing wheel is adjustable in order to adapt different thickness of cardboard.
The re-creasing device is able to re-crease the cardboard to reach a good creasing if the first creasing is not good.

Counting and stacking unit

The counting and stacking are numericial controlled which is simple and reliable.
Non-stop input parameter data and change order is available.
Counting automatically and pneumatic output precisely and quickly.
