Modern Design one bedroom prefab house
Advantage and Trait:
1. Earthquake Resistant
prefabricated house is using C shape steel as its structure; the sandwich panel is assembled on it. It creates a very strong “Panel Rib Structure System” which has a much stronger earthquake resistant structure.
2. Wind Resistant
prefabricated house has a lighter weight, but it has excellent rigidity/deformation ability and bears high strength. Comparing to the brick house, the same size house only has its 10% weight. It can resist 10 Grade wind.
3. Strength Bearing Capacity
To have a better strength bearing capacity, a special work has been done on the prefabricated house wall and the roof. The bearing capacity is 150kg per square meter.
4. Durability
The sandwich panel is the main material of our prefabricated house . The best steel pillar has been used to avoid rusty issue, and it enhances the house life span.
5. Heat Insulation
The prefabricated house wall and roof panels are all used the heat insulating material. The heat preservation function of our 50cm thickness wall is good enough. If you need extra protection, we can offer you 75mm sandwich panels too.
6. Environmental Protection
All the material is recyclable which protects our environment. Our national railway project choose our prefabricated house.
7. Convenience
The prefabricated house can be easily assembled and disassembled, and it can not be influenced by the season and the environmental change.
