1. Application
FRP Centrifugal Fans are widely used in waste gas purification, sewage deodorization, ventilation of corrosive gas which with acidic/alkaline contents as well as such environments with corrosive gas. Our FRP Centrifugal Fans have been successfully applied in pharmaceutical chemicals, precision electronics, metal processing, PCB circuit boards, sewage deodorant industry, semiconductor processing and electroplating pickling etc.
2. Product Feature
- The case, inlet bell and impeller of TF-421B FRP centrifugal exhaust fans are made of pure fiber glass reinforced plastic, which has completely changed the fabricating process for fiber glass reinforced plastic lined with traditional carbon-steel.
- The bolts linking the enclosure and iron support are treated by complete profiling wrapping method which has completely solved the issue of bolt damage due to corrosion
- The TF-421B FRP centrifugal exhaust fans are featured with dual-level seat for easy maintenance without necessity to remove the anchor bolts
- Applicable for wide range and multiple operation environments.Efficient energy performance to generate profits and cost saving.
3. Structure
TF-421B FRP centrifugal exhaust fans mainly consist of impeller, case, inlet bell, motor, bearing, bearing housing, belts, pulleys, shock absorbers and other configurations. Some special components required according to the operation environments are provided.
