Product Description

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)is a kind of engineering thermoplastic with more

than 2million viscosity-average molecular weight,under polymerization of ethylene,butadiene monomer

in the catalyst.

UHMWPE Pipe Points

High wearing resistance:

Its wearing resistance is over 6 times of that of carbon steel under same medium condition.

Point 2

Corrosion resistance:

It can bear corrosion by various corrosive media(acid,alkali,and salt) and organic solvents within certain temperature and concentration range.

Point 3

High impact resistance:

Its impact strength is 10 times of that of nylon 66,and is 4 times of that of polyethylene PE100.

Point 4

Outstanding tensile strength and bearing capacity:

Bearing capacity and environmental damage resistance of UHMWPE pipe much exceed those of normal PE pipe.

Point 5

Small weight,easy connection and convenient installation:
Unit length weight of UHMWPE pipe is only 1/8 of that of steel pipe.Its connection uses flange connection or hot melting welding.


Point 6

Economic performance:
UHMWPE pipe performance-price ratio much exceeds other plastic pipes and steel pipes.
