[Product Introduction]
Inorganic Silver Ion antibacterial powder is an inorganic antibacterial additive specialized for powder coating. It has strong antibacterial effect for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, as well as everlasting antibacterial effect and high ageing resistance.

[Product Characteristics]
1. Broad spectrum antibacterial effect, long-acting, no drug resistance;
2. High temperature resistance, up to more than 550 ℃;
3. Special surface modified powder, good dispersity;
4. Good compatibility with the base material, without affecting the original performance of coating;
5. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, odourless, nonirritant to skin.

25kgs/bag, store in cool place and avoid sunlight.
[Usage Suggestions]
The common dosage is 1%-3%wt of powder coating product by weight. The exact dosage is subject to the type of coating, recipe and antibacterial requirement. The adding method is based on the principle of best dispersion, suggesting in the process of mixing.
[Our Service]
In the trial process, we provide the antibacterial test service for clients.
[Antibacterial Test]
Spray the powder coating in 0.5 mm thick stainless steel or iron board, then process antibacterial test on sample after curing. Please also attach blank sample for comparison. Laminating method is usually applied to test.
