JDGKP-K40  Anti-bacterial antimicrobial Powder

[Product Introduction]
JDGKP-K40 is silver-zinc complex anti-bacterial agent by the carrier of porous mineral material. With the base of inorganic mineral material, it is made though special processing of anti-bacterial factors and embedding into the pores of inorganic mineral materials. The process with slow release technology enables the product lasting antibacterial effect, killing and removing bacterium with broad spectrum and nontoxic to body. Adding the power into the material doesn’t affect the appearance, color, gloss and performance of the material.

[Product Characteristics]
Ingredients: Zinc Ion 8%, Silver Ion 1%, Carrier 65%, Inorganic porous mineral material auxiliaries 26%.
Particle Size D90:1250 mesh
Process Temperature: Up to 1600℃
Appearance: White or similar color powder

[Product Properties]
JDGKP-K40 is compatible with most thermoplastic resin, powder coating, rubber and ceramic, etc, and can be added in any production process without changing the color or reducing the physical and chemical properties. This can be added into extruder, same as other color masterbatch.

[Applications and Suggested Usage]
Small volume can efficiently prevent the growth of bacterium and microorganism. The adding volume is subject to the sensitivity of bacterium and microorganism, request on corrosion, final application of material, outdoor weathering degree, or breeding condition of other bacteria and microorganism. Generally recommended usage is 0.8-1.5% based on weight.
Indoor applications such as PVC flooring, wallpaper, dyeing cloth for liner, interior components of automobile, refrigerator liner, shower curtain, etc. – Usage 1.0% (1kg : 100kgs complex material)
Outdoor applications such as exterior decoration of automobile, raincoat, canopy, liner of water channel and swimming pool, interior decoration of vessel. – Usage 1.2% (12kg : 1000kgs complex material)
