Applicability

Application method  

 air spray ,brush and roll ways .

Technical paremeter        

   Spray  : PU 866 series paint : hardener : diluent =2 : 1 : 1.6 -2 .

   Viscosity  more than 13 sec ( 4# ) .

   Once mixed , must be used within 6 hrs

   Hard dry at least 4 hrs , suggest keep overnight .

Construction example

    Material : beech and walnut etc

    Sanding with 180# sanding paper

    PU transparent primer

    Coating weight 100g / one square meter ( open used )

    Hard dry at least 4 hrs , suggest keep overnight .

    Sanding with 320# sanding paper , then the 600# later .

    Color-match

    Sanding with 600# sanding paper

    PU transparent finish paint

    Coating weight 100g / one square meter  ( open used )

    Hard dry at least 4 hrs , suggest keep overnight .

Self life

     Minimum 12 months at 77F(25°C)-Unopened and stored in the dry and

     cool Places above 0°C . The frost should be strictly avoided .
