VIT energy-efficient and environment-friendly special paint is a green water-based product, boasting better performance than the like solvent products so as to be an ideal replacement for solvent special paint. Our products can be used in Karaoke bars or places requiring special shapes, can also be used in coffee houses or places requiring special functions

Technical

Parameter :   The mixture ratio is based on actual flower pattern. As the general rule ,don`t

                      need to add water for diluent .       

                      Surface drying equal or more than 60mins.           

Application :   brush ,roll and spraying spreads

Product usage : VIT putty powder SWZ-0001 series

                      Hard dry is more than 24hrs

                      Sanding with 320# sanding paper

                      VIT Sealed primer SWA-0011 or SWA-0021 series

                      Coating weight 10-12ssq.m/L/one coat

                      Hard dry is more than 24hrs

                      Sanding with 320# sanding paper

                      Coating weight 20-50sq.m/L/one coat

Notice :         

Undercoat sealing is unnecessary for the application to concrete structure  basis; while our SWS-5301 primer is recommended for substrate-sealing in the case of application to steel products.

Note and storage :

1 On contract with skin or eyes ,rinse with water immediately .

2,keep it in a cool and dry place above 0°C ,and frost should be strictly avoided .
