Product Name: VIT excellent whiteness heat resistant paint
Product Function: VIT SWG-3611 is a new generation of heat insulation paint for roof, which has the features of high adhesion, excellent weather resistance and long life span. The temperature difference is 10-12°C between painted and unpainted concrete. And the temperature difference is 15-25°C between painted and unpainted metals.

Construction process
|
1. Clean the surface of the substrate 2. Antirust primer paint SWS-5301 Coverage: 8-10 sq.m/kg/one coat Recoat time > 24 hrs 3. Heat proof roof paint SWG-3611 (1st) Coverage: 2-2.5 sq.m/kg 4. Recoat(2nd) Recoat time ≥ 3 hrs 5. Recoat(3rd) Recoat time ≥ 3 hrs (Note: For concrete structure, primer is not a must. But for iron and steel, antirust primer is necessary and our SWS-5301 is a better choice.)

1)Use: Heat insulation for concrete roof, metal roof tile, outdoor metal tank, pipe etc.
2)Application Method: Brush, roll and spray painting. Stir before using.
3)Metal Surface Preparation: Make sure that the surface is solid ,clean and dry. No dust or oil stain or rust is allowed. If there is rust on the surface, please remove it thoroughly and use our SWS-5301 antirust metal primer for protection.
4)Concrete Surface Preparation: Make sure that the surface is solid, smooth, clean and dry. No dust or oil stain or algae is allowed. Keep the construction surface completely dry before painting.(Ph<10, water content<10%). Better to apply primer before top coat. Our Alkali-resistant Exterior Wall Primer is a better choice.
1)Coverage: 2-2.5 sq.m/kg(There will be difference in paint consumption due to different application method, smoothness and construction environment)
2)Mixing Ratio: Paint : water = 10 : 1.5-2
3)Dry Time:
Touch dry ≥ one hour
Recoat interval ≥ 3 hour(Repaint only after that last coating is touch dry)
4)Construction Condition: Temperature above 25°C, relative humidity below 85%)
Notes: Sealing primer is optional for concrete structure surface but antirust primer is a must for steel structure.
Storage: Kept in a cool and dry place. Avoid sun exposure or frost.
