Question 1: How long will you deliver the goods ?
Answer: if your order is 1 x 20ft, the delivery is 22-30 days
if your order is LCL , the delivery is 12-20 days
if your order needs to make new mould, the mould lead time is 30 day, net production 12-20 days
Question 2: What is the payment term ?
Answer : 30% T/T deposit & 70% against copy B/L or L/C at sight.
Question 3: Is your products food contact ?
Answer: Our PS material is 100% virgin environmental. We got CA prop 65 test of FDA, LFGB ,DGCCRF.
Question 4: Can we make our own color for stirrer or picks ?
Answer: Yes, we can do the color accordingly to your PMS color.
Question 5: How to make the customized design stirrer or picks ?
Answer: If customer never has own artwork,
- we will do a tech pre-artwork in 2D, 3D or 4D for clients' approving .
- we start to make a hand-made sample to clients' approving the shape and size
- start to make mould
- send client first sample for approving
- start polishing if sample is approved
- start mass production
