Electroluminescent devices (EL), its working principle can be described as follows: First, inorganic photoelectric materials such as particles of zinc sulfide are activated in the AC electric field driving by AC voltage adding sandwiched between the poles. Second, the accelerated electrons within the light-emitting layer (inorganic photoelectric materials) move at high speed to activate the atoms, which are accelerated and gain enough energy. Third, the electrons excited by electric field will crash the luminescence centers and fluorescence material, leading to the emitting of a kind of luminescence with a high efficient, which results from the process of electron transition: leap-change recombination. This is a physical phenomenon, namely electric excitation light phenomenon.
