This almond shelling machine is used to break almond shells. After shelling, shells and kernels are mixed together. We suggest customers to separate shells and kernels with our almond collecting machine.
There are two models of almond shelling machine:
Model AS-S500 is a kind of simple structure with single stage shelling. Users put almond with shell into the machine, some almonds are shelled and output. Some smaller ones that are not shelled are sorted out automatically and output from the machine. When one batch of almond finished shelling, users can keep on shell smaller ones by adjusting the gap.
Model AS-T2000 is a three stage shelling machine. When almonds are fed into the machine, they are graded into three sizes automatically and shelled separately.
These two models are both well designed and with low broke rate.
