scratch resistant postforming hpl panel
High pressure laminate it is made of decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin ,layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, protective surface impregnated with melamine resin (overlay) for printed decors, then stacking and compressing them by steel board under high temperature ( 150℃) and pressure(1430psi), which is the extremely durable and environmental friendly structure material . which are widely used for toilet partitions, lockers, exterior and interior wall cladding, labtop, table tops, and public furniture in government office building, school, hospital, hotel, airport, shopping mall etc.

4: How to carry out maintenance on the HPL board?
(1): With a clean, damp cloth or sponge dampened in a mild soap or detergent to clean the HPL surface;
(2): For stubborn stains, use a stiff brush with a mild soda and water mixture , gently wipe 10-20 times can remove most stains. While soda mixture is low abrasive, but if too much force or wipe over still may damage the surface of HPL, especially for the surface treatment of glossy finishing.
