Our products are made from New Zealand Plantation clear pine and other locally sourced man made sub-straights.
3. Is there any warranty?
Yes, you will get a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on all our furniture.
We also provide a LIFETIME warranty on all the plastic parts for the cot
4. Do you use non-toxic finishes on all of your products?
Yes, all of our products are sprayed with non-toxic stains and paints
5. Does all your furniture meet current safety standards?
Yes. All our furniture meet the current Australian & New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States Safety standards.
6. Does the cot have two base settings?
Yes, it has a newborn (higher) and toddler (lowest) setting for the mattress, to prevent toddlers from climbing out of the cot.
7. What is the lead time on your products?
Delivery times for our cot ranges vary. Generally need about 35-45days.Also it need according to the order you placed.
8.What is the payment terms?
Bank Transfer.30% deposit,70% balance against the copy of B/L
