PEx-AL-PEX pipe is five layer composite pipes, consisting of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer, made of High-Density polyethylene (HDPE) Cross-Linked (PEX) or polyethylene Raised Temperature (PE-RT). All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The pipe combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely tight. A special welding technique ensures high reliability,In addition, it has the performance of counter the expansion of the quick crack and the increase of the slow fissure. The products have the super ability to counter the concussion and tolerate the low temperature. The temperature for it to become brittle can reach -70 º C. It has the excellent stability chemically and tolerate the corrosion of acid, alkali and salt, it has good flexibility, and is anti-twisted and anti-shock.
