RPAP5 (butt welding of aluminum-plastic composite pipe) using the world famous German OTC welding machine, has improved the quality effectively. inner and outer adopt imported high temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) raw materials, the middle is aluminum. Between layers we use imported hot melt adhesive. According to implementation of the standards CJ/T159----2006.

    RPAP5 to allow long-term working temperature is 95 °C, allowing long-term working pressure 1.25MPa, temperature failure moment was 110 °C. Bursting pressure test value is7.98Mpa ,far exceeded the national standard. The tests prove that  RPAP5  is heat-resistant and voltage-resistant.
