Automatic Plastic Bottle Unscrambler
LP Series rotary unscrambler is special designed as complete set for filling line, and with the latest international technology. The bottles are transfered through neck guided air conveyor to the filling line.
Technical Features
1/ Flexible alteration can be achieved convenientlyh and swiftly according to customers' requests.
2/ Programmable logical controller, together with frequency controller, can ensure synchronous running of production line.
3/ Bottle outlet is controlled by synchronous belt and star wheel so as to ensure stabling bottle conveying, no failing down or no squeezing.
4/ Centralized lubricating system is adopted on the machine with fixed position, time and amount.

1. We provide the complete machines' layout, design according to customer's factory.
2. We provide the complete English manual book for customer, all the machines' touch screen operation is English words, we have Russia, Spanish, Portuguese, French..ect to choose.
3. After delivery, we will send our engineer to customers' factory to install the machines and also train workers how to operate and maintenance. Engineer's salary: 80USD/Per day.
4. Our warranty time is 18 months after the machines installation.
5. We provide the 12 months easy broken spare parts as free, and also provide the spare parts book to customer.
6. Payment method: 30% T/T as deposit after signature the contract, 70% T/T or L/C after inspection before delivery.
7 Common delivery time: 45-70days after confirm the bottle and cap design.
