Product description of Flexible Mica Plate
Flexible Mica Plate is a good heat resistant insulating material, which retains its permanent flexibility at room temperature . The product consists of approximately 90 % Muscovite(or Phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin.
Flexible Mica Plate has acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe(the file No. Z05811263 ), SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278/CHEM, and has been authorized for use in contact with food products(certificate from the FDA with the file No.RJSSZ060586FDA).
Flexible Mica Plate has two species:
1: Muscovite Flexible Mica Plate , Silver color, Heat resistance: 500 ℃ / 932 °F(In constant operation), 750 ℃ / 1382 °F (in intermittent operation) .
2:Phlogopite Flexible Mica Plate , Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750 ℃ / 1382 °F(In constant operation), 1000 ℃ / 1832°F (in intermittent operation) .
