1.This piston sauce filling and seaming machine is designed and produced on the basis of thirty years experience in food packing field and the most advanced technology of the sauce filling machine.
2.This series of machines are suitable for filling of all different sauces (like ketchup,chili paste,jam and so on),the high concentration beverage with flesh or granular,thick material and liquid. The machine set is in great shape, most parts of the unit are made of superior quality stainless steel and up to the food hygiene standard.
3.The piston and piston cylinder are durable and cooperated in harmony after special treatment of cutting-edge technologies. The machine is equipped with the agitation system and automation system, like three-point liquid level control system,frequency conversion adjusting speed system,protection system of cans when they move in and out of the machine and speed adjustment system.
4.The main electric elements adopt “Mitsubishi” PLC, frequency converter and proximity switch. Set up production speed through touch screen, the machine alarm automatically of common malfunction and show corresponding malfunction position, and then PLC judge to continue to work or stop according to the serious level.
