1. This machine is the equipment which designed and produced on the basis of beverage filling and machine.
2. It adopts ordinary filling principle, when empty cans arrive at lift salver through turn plate, filling valve and empty can align, empty can rise and seal, at the same time, filling valve open automatically.
3. The machine stop filling when filled liquid level plug up the air vent. The filled cans are sent to seaming assembly by hook chains, and lids are sent to the rim of can through lids descend assembly and pressure head at the same time.
4. When salver assembly hoist, pressure head press on the lid, two rollers preliminary seal and real seal the can respectively by seaming wheel. The sealed can is send to the conveyor belt under the effect of output plate. This is the whole process from filling to seaming.
5. The main electric components adopt import products, like "Mitsubishi" PLC, frequency converter and proximity switch. It is high speed of filling,running steady,high quality seaming,pleasing shape,convenient for use and maintenance,touch screen operation,frequency control and the distances between liquid level and rim of can are consistent. And you could setup the production speed on touch screen.
6.Machine alarm automatically of all common malfunctions and show the cause and position of malfunction, PLC detect and decide to continue or stop the machine according the level of malfunction. This is an ideal equipment for cannery.
