Touch screen operation
This machine is suit for fill and seam of beer and other carbonated soft drinks, like cola,soda,energy drinks and so on. It adopts isobaric pressure filling principle.The main electric elements adopt “Siemens” PLC, “Delta” frequency converter and “Omron” proximity sensor, “Siemens” analog output.
The user could setup the production speed on touch screen. Machine alarm automatically of all common malfunctions and show the cause and position of malfunction, PLC detect and decide to continue or stop the machine according the level of malfunction.

1. Equip with remote computer control system;
2. Adopts import frequency converter, adjust filling and seaming speed at will;
3. Equip with steam jet device according the customer requirement;
4. Filling quantity even and easy for adjustment;
5. Special filling valve is easy for clean.
