LY 968 A-frame separator 3 in 1 functions seperator machine for lcd repair
With this machine, you have no need to buy middle frame separator, vacuum screen separator, heater separately. It helps you to save time and money. It is easy and convenient to operate.
Features:
Perfect combination of a heater, a A-frame separator and a screen separator.
2 moulds on the machine are designed for phones in different sizes: the left one is for 4.5-5", the right one is for 5-6.5".
Automatic heating. With the thermostat you can set required temperature. Temperature is clearly displayed, convenient to read.
Built-in vacuum pump, the screen can be forced to attach to the machine firmly because of pressure difference, easy to separate the middle frame.
With this machine, no need to replace the whole display part of phones, you can save much money.
Low noise, stable performance, several buttons to operate, easy to operate.
Come with silicone pad to avoid air leak which ensures great vacuum effect.
Suitable for iPhone/Samsung/HTC phones.
How to use:
Middle Frame Separation:
Turn on the power switch and heating switch, set the temperature to 80°C.
About 1-2 minutes, the temperature of the heated plate reaches 80°C.
Use a sealed bag to contain the assembly and put 530 cleaner spray into the assembly. Make sure the assembly is soaked thoroughly for 5 minutes, in order to dissolve the glue between middle frame and screen.
Heat the assembly on the heating plate about 20s, then turn on the corresponding mould switch and press the assembly on the suction mould. After being sucked, separate the middle frame by hand.
Screen Separation:
Turn on the power switch and heating switch.
Set the temperature to 80°C.
About 1-2 minutes, the temperature of the heated plate reaches 80°C.
Put the silicone pad on the heated plate holes to holes.
Put the screen downwards to the holes of the heated plate.
Press the S1 key, after the screen is sucked tightly, use the steel wire(not included) to separate the LCD and glass.
Remove the LCD and the separation process is finished.
