NON-GMO Isolated Soy Protein for Meat
600EM is a kind of soy protein produced from the finest NON-GMO raw materials. It has been
produced and designed for use within the meat, Poultry and fish processing industry.
600EM provides strong gel strength through water binding in a ratio of 1:5! The product is
coated by lecithin and it is 100% non-dusty.
The product is also an excellent emulsifying agent. It will give you a homogenous heat
stable emulsion in a ratio of at least 1:6:6.
