Cartridge heater Design
The Cartridge Heater is designed to demanding requirements. Our high-density compaction process ensures maximum reliability under adverse operating conditions. Its swaged construction provides the highest possible heat transfer rates and watts density. It is resistant to impact and vibration applications and we also have the option to make with a variety of seals to suit your requirements.
Cartridge heater Technology requirement
Recommended for temperatures up to 750°C
Cartridge Heaters are available with a built in Thermocouple Type J or K .
Sheath Material SS 304
Spirals Nickel - Chrome
Insulation Magnesium Oxide Powder
Voltage Supply any voltage up to a maximum of 480V
Maximum Temperature 750 °C
Resistance Tolerance +5% - 5%
Wattage Tolerance +5% - 5% (closer tolerances are available upon special request)
