1 performance
Good electrical specification, strong mechanical strength, tensile bending intension of the epoxy glass fiber rod of internal load bearing is double than normal rolled products,8 to 10 times of the high strength porcelain material, can effectively improve the reliability of safe operation.
It has fine anti pollution, strong flash accident prevention characteristics. The wet withstand voltage and pollution withstand voltage is 2-2.5 times bigger than the porcelain insulator with the same creepage distance. It does not need to clean up and can safe operate in the serious polluted areas.
It is small in size, light in weight( only for the same voltage grade of porcelain insulator 1/6~1/9),light in structure, and easy to transport and install. The shed has favorable waterproof performance, the whole structure assures the internal insulation is not wet. Because of no-clean and no preventive insulation test, it reduces the routine maintenance work..
It has good sealing performance, strong anti electrolytic corrosion ability, the shed has good anti-aging, corrosion proof and low temperature proof performance. The anti tracking level is TMA 4.5 and it can be used in -40°Cto~+50°C area. They have strong resistance to shock, quake, breakage, creep, bend and explosion. It can endure internal pressure and be replaced with porcelain, glass insulator.
Composite insulator series products, the mechanical and electric performance of which are better than porcelain insulator, have strong safe operation tolerance. It is the renew product for electric power line.
2. structure
The series products are made of glass fiber epoxy core rod, silicone rubber shed and metal fitting. The silicone rubber shed adopts the whole packing pressure technique, and then to solve the key problem---interface electric spark puncture, which would affect the reliability of the composite insulator. Connection of the glass fiber rod metal fitting adopts the pressure welding technique of the international advanced level. It has the full automatic sound wave detection of the defect system. With high intension, beautiful outline, small volume, light weight, the product is reliable in structure. The galvanized metal fitting can prevent corrosion. It can be replaced with the porcelain insulator. The core rod will not be damaged, it can take full advantage of the mechanical strength.
