Application field and work principle:
ZGB rotating scraper film vaporizer is a high efficiency of new model, of which the film is forced made by rotating scraper, and can work in the vacuum environment. It is of high heat transfer index, strong vaporizing power, short floe time, and easy operation, especially for the vaporizing and condensing, degassing and involving, dense materials and easy to crystalline materials: So it is widely used in the industrials such as: Chemistry, petrol-chemistry, medicine, agriculture chemicals, household chemicals, food, and fine chemicals.
Capacity and characteristics:
This vaporizer adopts centrifugal skidding trench rotor, and is the newest structured vaporizer aboard at preset. It can form the film even in the small flow. The settling material in the processing liquid, which attaches the inner wall of the tube vaporizer, can be quickly removed by the active scraper. Compared to the scraper vaporizer of fixed slot, the vaporizing volume can reach 40-69%. And it is of the following capacities and characteristics:
1. It is of high heat transfer index, strong vaporizing power, reach up to 200kg/mhr, high heat efficiency
2. It is of short heating time, about 5 to10 minutes, in the vacuum environment, and is convenient to the heat sensitive material, easy to keep elements from breaking up so as keep the product quality.
3. It can process both high-density materials and low-density materials. The material density can reach up to 100, 000mini CP.
4.The rotating direction of the scraper can be changed, and the vaporizing time can be adjusted.
5. The inner wall of the vaporizing tube is finely polished, and it is not easy coking and scaling.
6. It is easily operated, adjusting the product target, self-controlled to product continuously in the sealing condition.
7. It is of small area taking, simple construction, easy maintain, and easy cleaning.
