       A: We are a trading company, our main business is casting products.

3.    Q: What material of castings can you do?

       A: Our main products are steel castings, iron castings, and a small amount of aluminum castings. For most grades we can make it.

4.    Q: How about the weight of your product range?

       A: Our products range from 0.1kg-10T. Steel investment casting is 0.1-60kg.

5.    Q: What process is your steel casting?

       A: Sand casting and investment casting.

6.    Q: What is the process of iron casting?

       A: Sand casting (resin sand, green sand), lost foam casting.

7.    Q: Can you manufacture according to our drawings?

       A: Definitely. In fact, we mainly do customized products according to drawings. So technical drawing is a must. And we can also do machining work. We’ll supply you with finished products if you like.

8.    Q: Can you manufacture according to our sample?

       A: For simple part it is ok, but for a part with much machining work, it is not recommended. Because there is probability it does not match other parts or function smoothly.

9.    Q: Can you make samples for us before batch order?

       A:  Definitely. For most parts we first make samples and send to customers for approval, after that we do batch production.

10.  Q: Do you charge for mould/sample/freight when I order samples?

       A: For mould and freight, I am afraid we have to charge. It is the main cost and not a small amount. For samples, depends on. The mould belongs to you once you have paid for it.

11.  Q: What certificates can you provide?

       A: ISO9001, TS16949.

12.  Q: I want to inquire, what information should I provide? How can I proceed?

       A: In order to get an accurate offer, you are requested to provide:

       a.    Technical drawings or sample---must;

       b.    Technical requirements---if any;

       c.    Estimated batch quantity, annual usage quantity---must;

       d.    Terms preferred---FOB, CIF etc.
