the resilient spring self locking counter nut action of these lock nuts enablses a ligheweight vibration-proof locking action in a low-profile size .Designed to be used with or without a standard nut , thety are ideal for applications where frequent load changes would tend to loosen conventional nuts .
Application:
Tightening the self locking counter nut
screw on the self locking counter nut hand-tight and then given final tightening of 1/4 to 1/2 turn using a spanner .

OEM is accepted .if large qty there is no need mould fee .

Answer:sample for standard is free. sample fee is need for non-standard . but freight you need to pay for it .
of course , you can save the sample fee and freight if you place the order . special sample will send you to test. then after confirmed large prouction will start.
3.Question:How is your packing ?
Answer:usually about inner packing we have bulking packing(polybag packing) ,roll packing ,small box packing ,then put into the carton , last packed into the pallets .
