Instructions for the use of lifting eye nuts DIN 582
Lifting eye nuts conforming to this standard are primarily intended as permanent attachments on
Equipment such as motors, control cabinets, gear boxes, etc. For their transport. When used as temporary
Attachments on larger objects such as large tools for transportation only, the next largest thread size
Should be used. In case of multi-leg slings please refer to DIN EN 818-4.
With the use of screws a washer should used under the head.

Before being used, eye nuts should be checked for correct seating and apparent damage (e. G. Corrosion,
Deformation)
Deformed eye nuts should be discarded.
Subsequent color identification (particular in red) must be avoided, to exclude any confusions with highstrength attachment points.
The safe working load values given in table 1 are based on the following assumptions:
· The eye nut is fully tightened by sufficient thread depth;
· The eye nut must be in the correct plane and the collar must sit evenly on the contact surface;
· The length of the bolt thread is sufficient
· The material of the bolt on which the eye nut will be screwed is of adequate strength

OEM is accepted .if large qty there is no need mould fee .

Answer:sample for standard is free. sample fee is need for non-standard . but freight you need to pay for it .
of course , you can save the sample fee and freight if you place the order . special sample will send you to test. then after confirmed large prouction will start.
