whether the printer requires service. If service is needed, ZJ will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts 

or labor. If ZJ authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, ZJ will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, 

and the broken printer or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to ZJ company
