1.Synchronous transmission system with a strap and 6 sets of axletrees droved, changing any strap can finish in 3 min. Compared to traditional pattern that the strap can be changed and maintain in 6 hours, it maintains more easily and simply, and it does not affect to manufacture.
2.With Position Label System, positioning label volume error is ±1mm.
3.Unique design of cutting seat, is suitable for the containers of φ30-120mm. The cutting seat need not change and debug, and has priority over congeneric productions. The new reamer cuts smoothly and constringency more beautiful.
4.With moulds design, main machine uses electro-motion to go up and down. Every trimmer part has exact trimming scale sector (the precision is 0.02mm), and it adjusts very fast. Guarantee to finish changing specification in 10 min, and do not need assistant tools.
The conveying bottles tray design that is double constriction label is well situated. With microcomputer figuring automatically, it need not set and adjust. Only pressing gently, the label can be examined and positioned automatically. The speed of changing label is very fast and saves labor, and the position severed is exact absolutely.
5.HMI (Touch Screen) uses microcomputer to control. According to the instructions of the screen, anyone can operate easily. If there are exceptional situation, the microcomputer can demonstrate automatically, and explain possible reasons and methods eliminated.
The equipment can adjust speed automatically with the product lines.
