Product Description:
Our 18.9 liter 5 gallon bottle washing filling capping machine(QGF-600)combines the automatic washing internal bottle, filling water, placing cap, pressing cap and products outputting in one unit.
1. PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) control, full-automatic working, filling volume adjustable in high precision
2. which with Panasonic brand and the Air TAC brand pneumatic elements making the machine working more functionally
3. The international famous brand electric appliances such as LG, OMRON, pneumatic elements choose the Air TAC brand, which ensure the machine working more safely, and heavy duty running
4. The main body & frame of the machine are made of 304 stainless steel, all fine polish, sanitary & good looking
5. The high pressure inject spraying washing system can wash bottles more perfectly
Inchmeal filling system, adjustable filling time, no water spatter when flushing the bottle.
