A: Within a year, if the product has quality problems, or damage occurs because of improper packaging, we can compensate.

2. Q: What's your policy about the sample order?

A: The sample fee=1.5*quotation price, and will be refund when you place order. If the sample quantity more than 5pcs, we may apply the price as the unit price from our manager.

3. Q: How can you prevent the mirror edge from rusting?

A: First, We adopt top-grade glass mirror which is from Taiwan Glass Group, either general polished mirror or copper-free polished mirror.

Second, we coat special protective lacquer on each piece of mirror, which will stop the mirror edge from rusting.

Third, after abrasive blasting, we use pure water to clean the mirror, instead of tap water. Tap water PH value are exceeding the normal standard.
