Scope of application:

Clothing/ painting/ plastic /shoes/ toys/ textile plant, electron factory, silk-screen factory, machine factory, storehouse, parking lot and other light press areas.

Feature:

1. Dust-proof, waterproof, mold-proof, wear-resistant, strong adhesion, smooth and seamless, simple construction, easy to clear and maintain.

2. Thickness:  0.3mm -0.5mm 

3. Useful life: 4—5 years

Construction technology:

1. Waterproof treatment: the first floor should have made waterproof processing;

2. Basic ground treatment: polish, repair and clean according to the basic ground condition;

3. Epoxy primer treatment: roll paint the first path with the epoxy primer of exceptionally strong permeability and adhesion to strengthen surface adhesion;

4. Epoxy putty: Construct according to the actual need, and reach the standard of being smooth and having no holes, mark of batch cutter, or mark of sand polish;

5. Epoxy topcoat: use epoxy surface paint or slip-resistant surface paint to roll-paint the second path, after the completion the floor is smooth and clean, color uniform and without konggu;

Notice: walk upside after 24 hours, stand heavy press after 72 hours. (standard with 25°C, opening time should be delay at low temperature.)
