WFQ series Horizontal-type High Speed Automatic Slitting Machine
Specify:
This machine is suitable for separating and such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, and PVC. Aluminium foil and paper,etc. And cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.
Characteristic and use :
1. Automatically the unevenness of the end face or the film or paper with pattern deviation.
2. Adopting superior quality photoelectric switch. LPC deviation-rectifying control system.
3. Automatic metre counting and automatic stopping at set table metre number.
4. The round knife device can separate and cut roll paper of 350g/m^2or below.
5. Inflatale rolling shaft makes it easier and faster to load and unload paper core.
6. Automatic slitter edge blowing-inhaling device.
7. Separate winding mode equipped with tension control is adopted for unwinding stand. Winding tension is controlled by interlock of independent driving of two magnetic clutches and main motor.
