Pressure Principle
It is the most widely used and therefore a large range of capacities and spray patterns are available.Liquid capacity ,air capacity and droplet sizes can be adjusted by regulating the air and liquid feed pressures and the two fluids are mixed inside the adjustable air atomizing nozzle prior to be ejected.

Design Feature:
1.Pressure Type Adjustable air atomizing nozzle
Air pressure and liquid pressure both are demanded.
With needle, the flow rate could be adjusted by screwing the needle; or, flow rate could not be adjustable.
2. For pressure type Adjustable air atomozing nozzle, there are THREE spray pattern:
Flat Fan spray pattern , Round Spray pattern, and wide angle spray pattern.
Flat fan spray's angle is about 70 degree;

3.Inner structural design makes liquid and air mix fine, then sprays fine. Normally, we could increase the air pressure or reduce the liquid pressure, so that we could make the adjustable air atomizing nozzles spray more fine droplets( about 30micron).
4.Keeping liquid pressure and air pressure unchanged, as adjustable air atomizing nozzle could adjust liquid flow rate, then it also could spray according to your requirement.
