1. Descriptions of Product

Juice and pickles sterilizer, can food sterilizer, Pasteur sterilizing line features:

1.    It is suitable for sterilizing, cooling and air drying for various products in bags and in cans, such as

       potherb, boiled vegetables, meat, soft package products.

2.    Production capacity: 300kg/h-1500kg/h

3.    The speed could be adjusted. Steep less speed variation is adopted.

4.     Sterilizing temperature is automatically controlled between 80~95℃.

5.     Vapor consumption: one ton products require 0.5T/h×0.5Mpa.

6.      Insulation layer could be made for sterilizer barrel as per customer requirements.

7.     The production line could be placed in straight line or in L .

8.      The production line equipments are all made by stainless steel 304 except for motor and bearings, which can fully meet imported food sanitary standard.

The production line configuration and explanation:

The insulation layer is made by mineral wool which can save energy and prevent scald. Temperature is controlled by solenoid valve and automation temperature control apparatus. The temperature could be up to 90℃ under room temperature.

The cooler is equipped with ABS centrifugal blower in high efficiency, which can promote the follow-up air drying results. The electric system is controlled by central control cabinet. The cabinet is hanging style and made by stainless steel.

Processing technology: Sterilizing---cooling

The whole process is sterilizing and cooling. The things to be sterilized are pushed to the tank by chains moving. Juice and pickles sterilizer, can food sterilizer, Pasteur sterilizing line are suitable to pickles, low temperature meat, juice, jelly, etc. automatic and continuous sterilizing. It is also suitable for vegetable blanching and enzyme deactivation. The whole machine is made by SUS 304. Water is made as the medium. There are two separate tanks for sterilizing and cooling. Sterilizing temperature and speed could be set as per the processing technology requirements. This machine is operating smoothly and has frequency conversion with low noise. The stainless steel net chain is strong and not easy to cause deformation. It is easy to be maintained. Low malfunction rate. Boiler steam or boiler hot water could be made as the heating way, which is more suitable for continuous sterilizing work. Sterilizing success rate is highly promoted.
