Q: What kind of inspection you can provide ?
A: Carav has multiple hests from material purchasing to finished products by different departments,and each POS machine will ageing test 48 hours ,to guarantee all POS machine are in the perfect condition before shipment .we also accept the inspection by the third part you appointed.
Q: What is your guarantee period?
A: We provide 1 (one) year quality guarantee for the products from your purchase date,expect the human damage and force majeure factor .
Beyond the guarantee period machine ,Carav will provide maintenance service and technical support(Hardware and other possible charge ,we will not bear the responsibility)
Q: How can I pay for the order?
A: Our payment terms :T/T ,Western Union ,Paypal
1) For the sample order :100% T/T or Western Union in advance Paypal also acceptable.
2) For the bulk order :30% deposit ,70% balance should be paid before shipment.
