Within the warranty period, Polar LED Light bears the shipping cost back and forth for replacing the defective high bay light.
After Service:
1. Customers send us details about the faulty, such as tracking No. Pictures or video
2. Faulty is reported to engineering and QC department.
3. Possible reasons of faulty are fed back to customers and possible solutions are suggested to customers
4. The faulty ones are sent back to factory for maintanence at Polar's cost within warranty or Polar sends new ones to replace directly at Polar's cost within warranty.
