Delivery
The shipping way depends on order quantity. For samples or small quantity orders, we prefer to international express, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, China Post, EMS, etc. But if the product is large size, it can only be shipped by sea. For large quantities, the goods will be shipped by sea. Airway is also available if needed.
Our company locates in hardware capital of China, Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province. We enjoy convenient transportation, that is, 1 hour from Yiwu Airport, one hour and half from Hangzhou international airport, and half hour from Jinhua high-speed-train station.
We have obtained the CE, ROHS, GS certificates. Each product will pass strictly tests and check to ensure zero failure rate before delivery. If the product itself has any problems within 1 year warranty time from the delivery, free replacement will be sent, or refund to you. OEM orders are highly welcomed!

After placing orders, we will arrange the shipment in shortest time. If the product itself has quality problems within 1 year after delivery, free replacement will be sent, or refund to you.
3. Sample policy
Sample order is supported. We don't offer free sample, however, we will return your sample costs in your formal orders. For OEM products, proofing fees will be charged, but we can also return, according to the order quantities.

1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our MOQ is 1*20GP container, and you could mix different items into the container. But if you are our new customer, you could buy some samples for test in LCL.
2. What is your delivery time?
The delivery time depends on your order quantity. It usually takes about 25 working days upon receipt of 30% deposit by T/T.
3. What is your payment terms?
L/C, T/T(30% in advance, balance against B/L copy), Western Union, Paypal, Trade Assurance.
4. What is your warranty?
The warranty time is 12 months. If the product itself has quality problems within 1 year after delivery, free replacement will be sent, or refund to you.
5. What is your port of loading?
Usually, the goods will be shipped from Ningbo Port, China.
