Application:
Rubberized Undercoat Spray Permanently protects automotive undercarriages, door skins, trunks, wings,
wheel wells, and floor panels against corrosion from stone chips, road salt and moisture. Also deadens droning noises from the engine bay, door shells, luggage compartments and other hollow sections. Fast drying, may be over-painted when fully dry. Product can be applied over bare metal or primer.

Direction:

1. Clean the base area thoroughly, which should be clean dry and free of dust, oil, grease and wax, etc.
2. Cover the other parts tightly
3. Spend two minutes to shake the can evenly, open the lid, remover the seal and insert the special designed spray gun onto the mouth, collect the 0.6-0.8MPa comprssed air, finally spray onto the surface at a distance of 25cm.
4. To avoid the flow line or sagging, three times spraying are needed. After the first time spray, flatten and fill the cracks and caves with metal seal-glue. Every interval should be not less than 15 minutes, best noise deaden effect need more than 1.5mm thickness.
5. Before drying, petrol is allowed to clean.

 

Caution:

1. Inflammable, spray in a ventilated area, keep far from heat and fire.
2. Work under personal protection with glasses, mast and gloves. If uncomfortable when touch the product, please go to a doctor.
3. Better have a trial spray if you use the product first to confirm the best orperating methods.
