2. Can I make my own model and use my brand?
-----Yes, OEM and ODM are acceptable. We can produce the shoes with your design for the label and the box.
3. Can I ask for samples before place the order?
-----Yes, but you need to pay for the samples and afford delivery charge. The sample fee will be return when you place the order.
4. Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?
-----Yes, all our products can meet CE standard, and we have cooperation relationship with different international labs, including Interteck from UK, CTC from France, SABS from South Africa etc.
5.I haven’t my own freight agent. And I didn’t ship the container from China before. What should I do?
-----We will arrange all affairs in cluding producing,inspection,packing,shiping,etc in China for you.We have our own cooperated freight agent and we will also offer you all the document when you clear the customs.
6. Question: What is the quality guarantee time?
-----All our products are offered 6 months quality gurantee after shipping. If the shoes are broken within 6 month, please contact us, and we will compensate u new shoes without any payment.
