Features of hydraulic under reamer bit/oil well hole opener
Hole Openers are used to enlarge the diameter of a pre-drilled hole. They are custom built to specification, and come in a wide variety of sizes. A Hole Opener is sometimes referred to as a Reamer.

designed for big rig and big hole drilling ,fit for all sorts of rock formation.
All cutters bearing is metal sealed. Big size of cutter make it Long time life and long meter life. Cutter Lock is used for preventing cutter falling off.400-2000mm hole opener are available.
Hydraulic under Reamer bit/oil well hole opener
conventional size series:300 mm, 400mm , 500mm , 600mm , 700 mm, 800mm , 900mm ,1000 mm, 1100mm , 1200mm , 1300mm , 1400mm , 1500mm .(Note :300mm to 1500mm diameter in the context of under-users need to provide various forms of cross bits).

The product is used for the reaming of the oil, gas, petrochemical, sewage, power and fiber optic pipelines in the no-dig horizontal directional drilling.
Directional crossing operation is widely used in unexcavated project. Three steps in such operation are: 1, oriented hole operation; 2, hole opening; 3, pipe pulling. Hole opening is the most onerous task in this operation, but, the key for hole opening operation is the hole opener choosing according to the operation equipment and formation.
Small torque force can be applied to hole opening with drilling machine.
Hole opener includes body and the cutter. 4 different types of cutter can be assembled to the body in one size for opening the hole in 4 sizes.
Cutter can be divided into MT type used in soft formation and TCI type used in hard formation. Hole opener takes its advantages in its better teeth distribution,wearing resistance ability, bigger cutting area and higher efficiency.
Inner and outer anti-drop device are applied in the hole opener to reduce the dropping accident of cutter under bad drilling environment.
Roller bearing and bigger section are applied in cutter and rubber seals improving the running life of the hole opener.
Oriented piece on the body for guiding and support , wearing resistance alloy on the surface improve the ability of wearing resistance and shock resistance.
