Product Derscriprion:
Our Soap Noodles are divided into two types: transparent and scented.Scented soap noodles have two sub-categories: natural soap noodles (whiteness ≥60) and whitening soap noodles (whiteness ≥85). Soap noodles are mainly used in the production of toilet soaps, laundry soaps, transparent soaps, washing powders and other hard soap cleaning products.
Soap Noodles are produced using a five step process:
1. Mixed of palm oil greases.
2. Compound greases are combined and hydrolyzed to produce a crude fatty acid component.
3. Crude fatty acids are also rectified; producing finished fatty acids.
4. The finished fatty acid is then neutralized.
5. These components are then blended and dried in a vacuum process producing the finished soap noodles.
Our factory can supply high quality soap noodles with various package designs customized to our customer’s specifications.
