Now it has 1600 staff, 93 technicians and administrators, including 28 with high professional title and 71 with intermediate professional title. The group company established the physics laboratory, chemical analysis room, welding laboratory. It has complete inspection detection methods and apparatus, such as the omnipotent hydraulic pressure tester, steels material analysis instrument, metallography microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, spectrophotometer, fatigue tester, sclerometer, ifrared carbide & sulphur analyzer, material tester, impulsion tester, diffusion hydrogen measure apparatus, accurate analytical balance, CLH-2 rubber vulkameter, degradation tester, tension tester, resistance tester and so on. It passed related detection competence ratification of GB/T15481:2000 idt ISO/IEC 17025 by China Quality Inspection Association in Sep. 2002 and achieved Qualification Certificate of Enterprise Quality Inspection Organization. It passed GB/T19001: 2000 idt ISO9001: 2000 quality management system authentication by CQM in Mar.2003.

  The group company mainly involves in products : Steel Rolling factory supply all kinds of fence posts, such as Y-post, Studed T-post, Punched T-post; Railway Public Works Apparatus Co.,Ltd as the appointed manufacturer of Railway Ministry and Beijing Railway Bureau, principally involves in more than 200types such as typeⅠfastener elastic bar, typeⅡ,Ⅲ elastic bar,3#,13#,21#,large roll adjustment gauge block, common track rod, adhesive insulated track rod, railroad switch offset rod, frog assembled track rod, tongue rail and mid rail track rod, guard rail shuttle, guard rail bolt, tie-in buckle, intermediate buckle, high strength friction grip fishbolt, fishplate, various types iron tie plate ,machine-made common spike, frozen injury spike and so on. Five products of typeⅠfastener elastic bar has obtained the production license conferred by Railway Ministry, namely, elastic bar, gauge block, screw spike(including antiseptic hard wearing gas mutiplex seeping screw spike), nut and flap gasket; Yichen Welding Materials factory supply many kinds of flux cored wire ,such as FCW for stainless steel, FCW for mild and low-alloy high strength steel, FCW for low temperature service steel, FCW for heat resistance steel, FCW for hard facing, submerged are welding FCW, self-shielding FCW.
