2.Description
YC-ZG100 is a kind of metal powder type flux cored wire. It has stable arc, less spatter and excellent appearance .The surfacing hardness of welding is uniform and stable. It adopts Cr-Mn-Mo alloy system.

5. Characteristics
1) Non-cracking
2)Surfacing hardness: HRC55-59.
3)Delivering both adequate tool joint protection and excellent casing wear protection
4)To be compatible with otherflux cored wire for drill pipe
hardbanding,such as Anrco 100XT brands,etc .
Re-application without previous removal
5) Can be used for new or old drill pipe with different sizes
6) Used for drill pipe, heavy weight drill pipe, drill collars, centralizers, shock absorbers, and various other downhole tools.
7) Loss of quality wear coefficient by Dry / rubber wheel abrasion test: 0.28%.
